You might be familiar with the Haka, an ancient dance of the New Zealand Maori traditionally used to prepare for war and nowadays used during Maori ceremonies and celebrations to honor the importance of an occasion. For example during the rugby games in which the New Zealand All Blacks performs the Haka dance to become one unit, and to draw strength and power from each other to take on any challenge that arises.
The workshops are managed by New Zealanders, coming from a mix of Maori and Polynesian decent.
The Haka teaches about the importance of self-confidence, teamwork, and respect at a young age.
