Participants will firsthand experience the value of working together.
LEGO Robotics offers a teamwork experience that simulates business situations using robots. It is an innovative and experiential process designed to improve leadership, innovation, and teamwork. The activity is structured in two parts. In the first part, participants solve the hands-on challenge by building with LEGO bricks and combining them with robots. In the second part, a consultant certified by the LEGO Education Academy and you can lead a debrief to focus on the lessons learned.
LEGO Custom
LEGO Serious Play is an activity designed to enhance innovation and business performance, using LEGO bricks with a unique method where individuals are invited to “think through their hands.” Based on studies showing that this type of hands-on and mental learning produces a deeper and more meaningful understanding this methodology deepens the reflection process and supports dialogue throughout the organization.
