One of our most notable events with a pharmaceutical group was with Novo Nordisk with over 300 participants. Novo Nordisk is a global healthcare company that was founded in 1923 and has its headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. Their purpose is to drive change to defeat serious chronic diseases, built upon their heritage in diabetes research and development in the insulin industry. They do this by pioneering scientific medical breakthroughs, expanding access to medicines and working to prevent and ultimately cure chronic illnesses. At Madrid Vibes we were able to accommodate all their needs from putting their gala, accommodations and events in the Hotel Hilton Diagonal Mar.
Novo Nordisk being a large company our team managed their flights from every corner of the world. Our team worked hard to meet and greet the guest at the airport and managed their private transfers to their accommodation. The gala dinner was designed to be an unforgettable experience for guests, hosted in Casa Llotja del Mar a historical building in downtown Barcelona. The guests enjoyed amazing catering and authentic entertainment from local artists! With so many participants from different countries, we had translations for every needed language!
